Insignia

This collection, “Insignia” is a series of looks constructed entirely from pre-existing garments and materials. The collection blends historical silhouettes and couture techniques with streetwear and punk elements—fusing past and future through upcycling. Denim and t-shirts are transformed into draped gowns and evening wear, elevated by hand-painted details that reflect my background in fine art and add a layer of depth and individuality to each piece.

This collection is called “Insignia”, which relates to signs of title or rank, but stems from a Latin word that means emblem or symbol. This collection is a symbol of power and resilience in my fight against waste. It is a badge for my mission as a designer.
